First-Light USA would like to thank you for your interest in the Test & Evaluation (T&E) 30-day program. After the 30-day T&E period, you may choose to purchase or return the light to First-Light USA, as outlined below. If an extension to the 30-days is necessary to complete your evaluation, please contact First-Light USA by phone or email before the 30-day period has ended.

T&E products are available to Agencies or Individual Professionals in Law Enforcement and Military Organizations, as well as private sector professionals in security, training or retail sales.

Proof of affiliation with your respective category is required.

AGENCY REQUEST: Law Enforcement/Military Agencies
An approved agency/military group or an individual officially representing one may request a T & E product from First-Light USA on behalf of their agency.

In order to do so, please complete the T&E request form. The signature line should be filled out by a person who has authority within that agency to request a test and evaluation product.

Please attach a photocopy of the requesting individual’s credentials.

You may purchase the T&E unit within 45 days, MSRP less 15%. Quantity discounts are available.

INDIVIDUAL: Law Enforcement/Military Individuals
Individuals who are employed in law enforcement or the military may request T&E product from First-Light USA for “individual” testing. Individual testing is considered testing that is not “formally” on the behalf of an agency.

Individual T&E transactions will be treated as a “refundable” sale. The individual testing First Light products will be charged for the product at a special discount rate of MSRP, less 15%.

If the product is returned to FLUSA in like new condition within 45 days, FLUSA (at its discretion), will reimburse the testing party. Shipping costs are sustained by the individual.

PROFESSIONAL: Professional Businesses, Training Organizations, Security Agencies or Retail Stores
If you fall into the above categories, you may request a T&E from First-Light USA. Please submit proof of professional affiliation and credit card information.

You may return or purchase the T&E within 45 days. Purchase price within 45 days is MSRP less 15%. If you do not return T&E or purchase it within 60 days, your credit card will be charged the full MSRP price. Distributor discounts are available.
